BICon is extremely pleased to have played a leading role in the development of the Avaloq BPO Center in Berlin with the implementation of portfolio management, investment performance calculation and client reporting.
The challenge was to bring in line the different requirements of all customers of the BPO (Bank Julius Bär Europe AG, Tradegate AG Wertpapierhandelsbank, Bank Vontobel Europe AG and V-Bank AG) and to develop a generally valid product from them.
A business requirement highlight was the accountability report in the client reporting, where absolute realized and unrealized gains/losses, costs and revenues (profit/loss view) were used to explain the period profit/loss (balance sheet view). This has probably never been implemented on Avaloq before.
